Members can store their collection in a temperature and humidity-controlled facility, with the choice of a 48- or 72-bottle locker. As Ontario’s first fully licensed private wine club, we proudly offer a full selection of wine, beer and cocktails - expertly curated by Toronto’s finest, including our award-winning sommeliers and Jacob Martin, recipient of Diageo World Class Global Bartender of the Year title in 2023.

Secure private wine storage
We provide secure, premium private wine storage designed to preserve your collection in optimal conditions. Our advanced climate-controlled cellar maintains ideal temperature and humidity, while each member receives a personalized locker with a digital touchscreen keypad. Your collection is protected by 24/7 security monitoring and accessible daily from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM.
Whether you’re visiting for a private tasting, selecting bottles for an event, or checking on your investment, your wines remain in pristine, ready-to-enjoy condition. Our staff can also assist with cataloging, organizing, and sourcing bottles to help you manage and grow your collection effortlessly.

Our exclusive connections with prestigious wineries and distilleries from across the globe offer members unparalleled access to limited-edition and rare wines, often before they hit the public market. Through these partnerships, we are able to source exceptional vintages and sought-after labels that would be difficult to obtain elsewhere.
Guiding this experience is our Michelin-Awarded Sommelier, and the Liberty Group Sommelier team of 20+, whose expertise and refined palate ensure that every bottle meets the highest standards of quality. Our sommeliers are available to work closely with members, offering personalized services to curate a bespoke wine collection tailored to individual preferences and tastes.

Private Secure Entrance
The entrance to Bovine Wine Club is marked by a sleek, fully lock-secured pivot door, designed to offer both security and sophistication. The door is equipped with advanced touch code access technology, ensuring only authorized members can enter. With a discreet touchpad integrated into the design, members simply input their unique code to unlock the door, which then opens on a smooth pivot hinge.
The door's locking mechanism is robust, providing top-level security, while the touch code system adds convenience to the club's entrance experience.
